Linda specializes in commercial sales and leasing throughout the San Gabriel Valley. She began her real estate career in 2006 and opened her own brokerage firm in 2013. Linda previously worked in the finance area with Wells Fargo. She also has over 6 years of project management experience with Merck and Kaiser Permanente. Linda has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business with a major in Strategic Management & Minor in Marketing from California State University Sacramento.
Linda has worked in conjunction with clients & local municipalities to assist in opening and relocating new and established businesses throughout the community. She has assisted property owners with acquiring properties that are integral to the operation of their business. Linda has consulted and worked directly on various development opportunities assisting clients through the complexities of the city processes. Linda proudly serves on the Board of Directors for The Foothill Unity Center in Monrovia. She is Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for the organization. She was previously on Board of Directors for the Southern California Children’s Museum. Linda has also served on the Arcadia Association of Realtors Local Governmental Relation Committee as Chair and Co-Chair for 3 years. She is also a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
